Registered Psychotherapist, PhD

Majied Kaveh is a registered psychotherapist in CRPO and a certified counsellor in CCPA. He graduated from the University of Medical Science as a medical doctor and continued his doctoral education in psychology and started teaching and therapy as an assistant professor in the Department of clinical psychology. Moving to Canada, he joined a year program for internationally trained psychologists. He founded the Iranian Mental Health Center in cooperation with his colleagues in 2015 for doing therapy, providing psycho-education and research. He has profound experience in the psychological impacts of immigration during the last 12 years. He has worked as a therapist in four different countries.
He is working on the psychological impacts of immigration on the migrant communities especially the Iranian Canadian community in recent years.
